We started serving in 2023, after a few years of hobby smoking, learning the best techniques & being told that it should be shared with others! We bought a food trailer in November of 2022 & our journey began! We totally renovated the trailer & had our grand opening at the Schnecksville Fair on June 20, 2023, which we took 1st place for best food! Since then, we went from serving the community at our location on route 100 to continuing to serve you from our brick & mortar located at Butter Valley Golf Course in Barto PA! We have learned a lot & continue to grow through it all. Most days everything turns out the way it should but we do have days that we wish we could do over! We take pride in our smoked meats & homemade sides, which is seen through the smiles & reviews we receive!

We have been married for 34 years & have been blessed with 3 boys, 2 beautiful daughter-in-laws, & soon to be 5 grandbabies! There are not enough words to describe how thankful we are for each one of our customers & we are excited to see where this journey takes us!!! We are truly BLESSED!
