Get to Know Us
We are a husband & wife team who like to smoke delicious meats and create homemade sides. We have been married for 32 years and were blessed with 3 boys and now 4 grandbabies!! I grew up in the restaurant business and my husband found a love for smoking meats, which I have discovered is actually an art, so we decided to open a trailer to share what we make with all of you! We opened and served our first meal at the 2023 Schnecksville Fair, where we took 1st place for outstanding food! It has been a journey but we are growing and constantly improving how we do things!! We pride ourselves on cleanliness, honesty, fair pricing, authentic, fresh from scratch, sides, and a welcoming environment for all to enjoy!!
